Greatly enjoyed our rooms on level 7. Included a living room and a lounge. Handy location of the hotel opposite the station.

Everything is really good here, had a really enjoyable stay with the customer service and all staff we encountered during our stay. Convenient and easy location as it's and really close to the main shops and restaurants and the Mantra in Wollongong and the one at Southbank in Melbourne and the train station and shopping centre.

It's a good basic hotel with good sized rooms. The employees are incredibly nice and affable. Every time in Wollongong, I choose this place.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable, nestled in a nice building with ocean views. The personnel is fairly friendly. The location is good, 2 miles from an electric lighthouse. And it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from downtown. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Location: the hotel was next to city centre and train station and train station, Hospital Hill and many cafes/restaurants. Views of the ocean were pleasant, the room was new-fashioned and functional.

All in all they offer good service. The room is brand-new, the staff is very efficient and especially helpful. The hotel offers comfy and easy location close to the main centre & roads as well as the shops and beach.

My room was excellent sized with the level above, a well equiped kitchen plus the bedroom, and the check-out was easy.

I recently had the most mind-blowing stay at a hotel in an awesome location. The staff were super friendly and always there to help out with a big smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and an absolute steal for the price. Plus, the kitchen had all the cookware and utensils needed. I loved chilling in front of the flat-screen TV and the convenience of the lift made exploring a breeze. The free Wi-Fi was a huge plus, and the laundry facilities were a lifesaver. With 24-hour security, I felt safe and secure at all times. The exercise gym was great for keeping fit, and the business center was super handy. Express check-in/out made things so convenient. I had a blast exploring all the fun activities nearby, like cycling, fishing, and snorkeling. And the fact that pets were allowed was a major bonus. my stay was absolutely jaw-dropping and I can't wait to go back!

It was in a very central setting away from the town center. I really enjoyed the staff, they were absolutely delightful. The deluxe apartment was perfect, the bed was quiet...

Its location is marvellous and stunning, close to a circus and entertainment venues. It's in a new building in the good area.
